I was in my early 20s when I first took my new car and drove on my own and my dad still waited up for me past midnight... so yes, I could totally imagine how you would feel. I'd feel the same way when my kids start driving, too. :)
ReplyDeleteI am sure he is a great driver!! I remember the excitement my mom had when I was finally driving, not b/c I passed but that she didn't need to drive me everywhere!

I love it Lisa! How much fun is that? Not one, but TWO teenage drivers. Fun times!
ReplyDeleteBoys and their guitars! My son plays, too. =)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the warning about teenage drivers. LOL I have 3 more years to go before my eldest starts driving. Whew! I have time to prepare myself, right? =D
Great Pictures of your boys in the car. Made me laugh. I am sure they are great drivers. But, I would worry too. :)

ReplyDeleteI just told DH the other day (about our 4 year old), "Can you believe he'll be driving in 12 years?" Yes, I'm thinking ahead and -already- worrying!

Yeah, I'd be worrying too. We never had kids. I once said if I had 'em I'd be so paranoid. I would toss the TV and computers, sensor the movies they go to, home school 'em. abd we would have one one car--the one husband drove to work.
ReplyDeleteAnd I surely would not work outside the home.
I bet kids reading this breathe a sign of relief that you are a piece of cake to me.
The childen who read this probably will
