& I Worry. . .

Stephen took and passed the drivers permit test last week.

This really makes me worry.

Now we have two teenage drivers in the house

Yeah!!!! I said TWO!

Did I tell you everytime Stephen gets into the car. . . He falls asleep.

Yeah! He falls asleep . . .So now,  I really worry. . .

Playing alone with the Communal Global Blog

  1. I was in my early 20s when I first took my new car and drove on my own and my dad still waited up for me past midnight... so yes, I could totally imagine how you would feel. I'd feel the same way when my kids start driving, too. :)

  2. I am sure he is a great driver!! I remember the excitement my mom had when I was finally driving, not b/c I passed but that she didn't need to drive me everywhere!

  3. I love it Lisa! How much fun is that? Not one, but TWO teenage drivers. Fun times!

  4. Boys and their guitars! My son plays, too. =)

Thanks for the warning about teenage drivers. LOL I have 3 more years to go before my eldest starts driving. Whew! I have time to prepare myself, right? =D

  5. Great Pictures of your boys in the car. Made me laugh. I am sure they are great drivers. But, I would worry too. :)

  6. Worry??? Naw...just wait until YOU are looking for a ride because they have the cars!

  7. Hahaha! I'm sure he'll be fine. Getting your DL is such an exciting time! At least you'll have a few extra hands on deck for supermarket runs :)

  8. Oh my so much to look forward to!! You've captured some really great moments :)

  9. LOL, I can understand your worries but there are is no stronger ammunition than a mother's prayers.
He will probably be the greatest driver of all.

  10. I understand that concern...6 out 9 grandchildren have their license, with another turning 15 in June.

  11. Oh boy, they grow up so fast, don't they!

  12. I just told DH the other day (about our 4 year old), "Can you believe he'll be driving in 12 years?" Yes, I'm thinking ahead and -already- worrying!

  13. oh my. i'd worry too.

crack me up about the fact that he falls asleep every time he gets in a car :) kinda funny. or maybe not.

miss you - i hope Kathryn is better and we will get together s.o.o.n. i'm happy to come that way!

  14. Yeah, I'd be worrying too. We never had kids. I once said if I had 'em I'd be so paranoid. I would toss the TV and computers, sensor the movies they go to, home school 'em. abd we would have one one car--the one husband drove to work.

And I surely would not work outside the home.

I bet kids reading this breathe a sign of relief that you are a piece of cake to me.

The childen who read this probably will

Thank you for taking the time to read and comment. I will do my best to visit you back!

Have a great day!
